Light Up Shoes

It is a good thing my kids have grandmas. Without grandma, we would not have these fantastic light up shoes. Let me highlight their features:

1. Light up areas on the side and bottoms of the shoes.
2. Multiple colors of lights-these babies are red and blue. Pretty much, you could mistake Carter's feet for the lights of an emergency vehicle.
3. They are navy blue, black, electric green with white accents. You CAN not miss these shoes.
4. They have a bit of a high heel. This feature is awesome. Pants that are a little bit on the short side instantly become floods.
5. Size 11.5. This is a half size bigger than our regular size, so they will last a LONG time.
6. Carter reports that all of the kids at preschool LOVE his shoes. Apparently Miss Sherilyn really loves to see them light up under the table. (I bet)

So, thank you Grandma for letting Carter have the coolest shoes he has ever owned. He would not have them without you :)

(Really Grandma thanks for the shoes, even if they are light ups)

At least they don't have characters on them! (sorry to anyone that buys their kids character shoes) Those are pretty cool ones even if they do light up. Grandma has good taste!

Those are way cute... yesterday the primary president brought her two darling girls over and the 3 year old had shoes that sqeaked like a rubber ducky when she walked... SO be grateful you don't have a squalking duck in your house! lol

Squeaky duck shoes?!!!! What kind of a sadist invents and/or purchases those shoes! Amy, I'm with you on the character shoes. The only way light up could be worse is if it had characters as well :) You know though, if Carter saw such shoes...he'd beg until Grandma bought them.

Carter must come in handy when it is dark and you need to see where to go. Gotta Love Grandma!

Who could NOT have purchased these shoes. We were in the store and it wouldn't have mattered if they were a size 15. Those baby blue eyes looked straight into mine and he said "Grandma, I REALLY like these shoes, can I wear them home?" Yep, you sure can Carter. Looking forward to more shopping!
